Update

Tim left late Saturday night for a week in the mission field of Nicaragua - major remote area. In fact, the church wasn't sure if there was running water and I haven't spoken to him to confirm that. And he wonders why I chose not to go? Ha!

In all seriousness, I am so proud of his passion to serve and to use the gifts God gave him, it is such a great thing! He'll spend the next 4 days running clinics and treating patients in a part of the mountains where the natives may have never *ever* seen a doctor.

He returns early Easter Sunday morning so it will be nice to have him back to our home church for Easter services. The team consists of 11 from our church (doctors, paramedics and many to evangelize) and 35 local 2nd year med students from Nova Southeastern University. Many of them may not know the Lord so what a great time for Tim to be able to show them the difference in him because of his relationship with God.

The scripture verse on my daily calendar today couldn't be more fitting:
"The world of the generous gets larger and larger ... the one who blesses others is abundantly blessed; those who help others are helped." Proverbs 11:24-25."

Before he left we were able to customize our new ride with some USF items like a new front plate to blend in with the dark exterior and a license plate cover in the back that says GO BULLS.
Please keep the entire team in your prayers this week - for safety and provisions and for radical changes to be made in the lives of all they encounter.
